A five pack of the Indianapolis area’s top football prospects made recent college commitments to Mid-American Conference schools:
Nylan Brown (Ben Davis 6-0, 225 LB) — Committed to Kent St, Brown is a wrecking ball of a tackler. He posted 110 tackles in 10 games for the 2022 league-champion Giants
Caden Vanderbush (Plainfield 6-5, 210 S) — Committed to Eastern Michigan, Vanderbush is long, agile and versatile and the definition of a new-age viper safety. He collected 40 tackles as a junior.
Dantu Gardner (Lawrence North 6-5, 225 DE)— Committed to Ball St., Gardner had a breakout 2022 campaign, recording 100 tackles and 8 quarterback sacks. He drips upside and swagger when collapsing pockets in the Circle City.
Grant Haworth (Fishers 6-5, 275 OL) — Committed to Ball St, Haworth is a workhorse wonder in the trenches with outstanding technique and a high motor. Expect early playing time to be in the cards for Fishers’ anchor on the line.
Brady Wolf (Fishers 6-2, 220 DL/LB)— Committed to Ball St, Wolf wreaks havoc wherever he roams on the field and is a true coach in the huddle. Last year, he totaled a whopping 14 sacks to go with 45 tackles.
