Submit YOUR videos to State Champs! Sports Network

By submitting your video to Yellow Flag Productions (State Champs! Sports Network), you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Grant of Rights: You hereby grant Yellow Flag Productions, its affiliates, and partners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and publicly display your video, in whole or in part, in any form or medium now known or later developed, for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional and commercial purposes. Furthermore, you acknowledge and agree that Yellow Flag Productions shall have ownership of the video and may use it in conjunction with sponsorships, advertisements, and other commercial ventures.
2. Original Content: You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the video and that it does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.
3. No Infringement: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yellow Flag Productions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to any claim that your video infringes on the rights of a third party.
4. Appropriate Content: You agree that the video submitted will not contain content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Yellow Flag Productions reserves the right to reject or remove any video at its sole discretion.
5. No Obligation to Publish: Yellow Flag Productions is under no obligation to publish, distribute, or use any submitted video and may remove or refuse to post any video for any reason.
6. Privacy and Personal Information: By submitting your video, you consent to the collection and use of any personal information you provide in accordance with Yellow Flag Productions’ privacy policy.
7. Age Requirement: You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or guardian to submit the video.
By submitting your video, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
