Thanks again to a great partner of State Champs! Network – Hungry Howie’s
Bryce Underwood
(Belleville 6-3, 205 QB Sr.)
Committed to LSU, Underwood is already one of the MHSAA's GOATs at the quarterback position and is hoping to cement his shiny legacy with a third state crown for the Tigers before leaving for Baton Rouge in the winter. Last season, he threw for 3,331 yards and 41 touchdowns for the state runner-up in Division 1 and is the No. 1 prep field general in the U.S. right now.

Season Stats
226 yards Passing, 5 TD, 4 Rushing TDs: WK 1 | W 35-28 (Clarkston); WK 2 | W 44-6 (Livonia Stevenson)
Elijah Dotson
(Belleville 6-2, 185 WR Sr.)
Committed to Pitt., Dotson transferred to Belleville in the offseason from U-D Jesuit, where he amassed 1,665 yards and scored 18 touchdowns as a junior in the CHSL. Considered a 4-star recruit, Dotson is currently projected to play safety when he reaches campus in the Steel City in 2025. He chose Pitt. over offers from Michigan, Penn State, Wisconsin, Tennessee, Louisville, Illinois, Indiana and Kansas.

Season Stats
175 Yards Receiving, 1 TD, 27 Tackles (Safety), 1 INT (for TD): WK 1 | W 35-28 (Clarkston); WK 2 | W 44-6 (Livonia Stevenson)
Corey "C.J." Sadler
(Detroit Cass Tech 5-10, 175 ATH Jr.)
Probably the state's most dynamic overall playmaker, Sadler is a jack-of-all-trades and a master of all of them, too. No matter where he lines up on the field, whatever position or side of the ball, he possesses the rare ability to change the game in a split second with a single play. Last season, he spurred the Technicians to a second straight city title after a freshman year where he helped spark the team into the final four. Currently, Sadler boasts more than two dozen college scholarship offers from a parade of blue-blood programs like Michigan, Ohio State. Notre Dame, Alabama, LSU, Florida, UCLA, Penn State, Miami (FL), Tennessee and Wisconsin

Season Stats
164 Yards Receiving, 1 TD: WK 1 | L 30-23 (Rockford); WK 2 | W 20-3 (Canton (OH) McKinnley)
Jace Clarizio
(East Lansing 6-0, 190 RB Sr.)
Committed to Michigan State, Clarizio wowed the crowds last fall by rushing for 1,255 yards and 16 touchdowns in a memorable '23 campaign for a Trojans squad that finished 10-3 and appeared in Division 2 state championship game. Look for him to be a real dark horse in the '24 Mr. Football race.

Season Stats
187 Yards Rushing, 3 TD: WK 1 | W 31-7 (Portage Central); WK 2 | L 14-12 (Hudsonville)
Cason Carswell
(Mason 6-4, 200 QB Sr.)
Committed to Western Illinois, Carswell led the Bulldogs to an undefeated regular season and into the Division 4 state finals last year, passing for 1,625 yards and 25 touchdowns. He's one of the better two-sport athletes in the MHSAA and is an all-state selection on the basketball floor during the winter's sports calendar.

Season Stats
250 Yards Rushing, 5 TD: WK 1 | W 26-7 (Holt); WK 2 | L 55-21 (DeWitt)
Kam Flowers
(West Bloomfield 6-0, 180 WR Sr.)
Committed to Toledo, Flowers is one of the most-touted prospects the Rockets have ever landed in the recruiting wars and is simply electric whether in space, showing off his elite speed, or going across the middle, showing off his toughness and reliability. Last year, he racked up 1,081 yards and 14 touchdowns from the line of scrimmage.

Season Stats
97 Yards Receiving: WK 1 | W 42-0 (Chippewa Valley); WK 2 | L 28-13 (Birmingham Groves)
A.J. Hill
(Davison 5-11, 175 RB Sr.)
Committed to Ferris State, Hill ran for 1,493 yards and 19 touchdowns in 2023 for a 12-1 Cardinals club that advanced into the Division 1 semifinals where they fell to then-defending state-champ Belleville. It's very possible Hill plays sleeper in the hunt for Mr. Football this fall because of his versatility and highlight-reel moves slicing through defenses in the Flint area.

Season Stats
156 Yards Rushing: WK 1 | L 21-3 (Warren De La Salle); WK 2 | W 41-37 (Grandville)
Dakota Guerrant
(Harper Woods 6-2, 170 WR Soph.)
The state's premier phenom pass catcher, Guerrant caught 43 balls for 1,091 yards and 14 touchdowns and helped lead the Pioneers to a Division 4 state title practically out of nowhere. Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Auburn, Tennessee, Penn State, Purdue, Indiana, Maryland, and Kentucky, among others.

Season Stats
202 Yards Receiving, 2 TD: WK 1 | W 43-21 (Redford Union); WK 2 | L 35-0 (Oxford)
Desmond Straughton
(Roseville 6-2, 190 ATH Sr.)
Committed to Illinois, Straughton is a two-time All-MAC honoree and overall MVP for an increasingly talent-stacked Panthers' roster. The picture of consistency and craftiness on both sides of the ball, the future Big Ten defensive back should light up the stat sheet again in his senior season for maybe the most heralded Roseville football team ever.

Season Stats
340 Yards Rushing, 5 TD: WK 1 | W 35-0 (Birmingham Brother Rice); WK 2 | W 66-65 (Anchor Bay)
Bryson Williams
(Orchard Lake St. Mary's 6-2, 195 WR Sr.)
Committed to Michigan State, Williams is a rangy, athletic and intelligent split end that beats opposing cornerbacks with his quicks, his smarts and timely playmaking. He is the Catholic League's No. 1 rated wide receiver entering the 2024 campaign, highlighting a St. Mary's lineup littered with DI college recruits from top to bottom grade-wise. Williams is one of three future MSU Spartans on the Eaglets '24 roster along with tight end Jayden Savoury and linebacker Charles "D.J." White.

Season Stats
92 Yard KO Return for TD, 1 TD Reception, 1 TD Rushing: WK 1 | W 50-19 (Portage Northern); WK 2 | W 47-0 (Toledo St. John)
